BS in Human Resources Management

This program of study is essential in today's context. The very essence of all kinds of organizations relies on the effective preparation of human resources. The workforce is the organization's most valuable asset, and managing people with the right knowledge ensures long-term success.

In this program, students will be introduced to, trained in, and educated on the contemporary foundations of human resources, encompassing essential theories, applications, tools, and techniques. Graduates will be well-prepared to enter the workforce, utilizing their critical thinking skills to analyze and address any situation related to the organization's human assets. Furthermore, graduates from this program are equipped to pursue advanced academic studies and attain professional certifications.

To graduate with a BS degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management, a student must complete 99 credits, including general university requirements (21 credits), business core requirements (36 credits), major requirements (27 credits), electives (9 credits), and technical electives (6 credits).
